CCS JobInfo is an internal tool for Community Concierge Services crews. It is not a public website and is not for residents or clients. It shows you your assigned jobs and a researched brief for each site so you can show up prepared.
A third-party AI provider processes uploaded schedule text, including crew names and job-assignment information, plus publicly available site research. This helps the office parse schedules and organize site briefs; it does not decide assignments, mark work complete, or monitor employees. Workers do not send free-text questions to an AI provider from this tool. The uploaded schedule remains the assignment source, and anything marked uncertain should be verified with the office or on arrival.
Maps and place data are from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and public satellite imagery. Property details and photos are gathered from public web pages and shown with a link to the source. Photos are shown directly from their original site and may be inaccurate, so always verify the property on arrival.
Crews can save a property's building/floor/unit list once so every service at that property shares the same checklist. We store the building, floor, and unit identifiers you enter, and which crew member added them — nothing else.
Never enter resident names, apartment occupants, access codes, or any other personal or sensitive notes in these fields. They are for building/floor/unit identifiers only.
Wrong job, wrong address on a pin, tool issue, or anything that looks off, message Jalen on Slack.
